As most of our clients shut down for the entire holiday period, we shall be taking the opportunity to grab a well-earned rest ourselves. Our telephone help desk will be closed from 17:30 on Friday 23rd December and will re-open at 09:00 on Tuesday 3rd January 2017. For those of our clients with Sapphire MANAGED support agreements, we shall be running a reduced technical support service from Wednesday the 28th to Friday the 30th (inclusive) during normal working hours (09:00 to 17:30) . For those of our clients with a Sapphire MANAGED 24/7 support agreement, please call on the normal 24/7 support number at any time. If you do not have a Sapphire MANAGED support agreement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll respond on the 3rd of January when normal technical support services resume. Our Sapphire CloudDESKTOP, CloudAERO and CloudEXCHANGE services will be continually operating and monitored during the break and we have no current plans for any periods of scheduled maintenence on our hosting or Topaz CloudBACKUP systems.
