Hosted on our own infrastructure
CloudVOICE is built on 3CX and hosted on our own servers in UK datacentres. Unlike phone systems that rely on third-party cloud providers, we control the infrastructure and can respond quickly if anything needs attention. Your phone system benefits from the same reliability and redundancy as our other hosted services.
Flexible ways to make and receive calls
Your team can take calls on desk phones, laptops, PCs or mobile apps — whatever suits the way they work. Staff can use the same extension whether they’re in the office, working from home or on the move. Calls, voicemail and presence all stay in sync across devices.
For businesses that need physical phones on desks, we supply and configure Yealink handsets — reliable, high-quality devices with excellent audio. Phones are purchased outright and we support them as part of the managed service. For larger offices or more complex setups, we deploy a dedicated Session Border Controller (SBC) to connect your local phones to the hosted system.

Keep your existing phone numbers
We can port most UK phone numbers to CloudVOICE. We don’t supply SIP trunks directly, but we work with trusted SIP trunk providers and can help you get set up with one that suits your needs. You’ll have a direct relationship with the provider for billing and number management.
If you already have a SIP trunk you’re happy with, we can usually connect CloudVOICE to that instead. The choice is yours.
Fully managed and supported
We don’t just set up your phone system and walk away. CloudVOICE is a fully managed service — we monitor the system, apply updates, manage user changes and provide ongoing support. If a handset stops working or you need to add a new user, just contact us.
Firmware updates for phones and system updates for 3CX are applied regularly to keep everything secure and running smoothly.
