Email backup and long-term archiving
For businesses that need to retain email records for compliance, disputes or simply peace of mind, we offer an optional backup and archiving service. This provides secure email backup and up to 10 years of searchable archive storage — particularly valuable for solicitors, accountants, IFAs and other regulated professionals. We strongly recommend this for all clients and will ask you to confirm in writing whether you want it included.
Room for growth
Sapphire CloudEXCHANGE 365 is an entry-level managed email service, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. If your business needs more from Microsoft 365 — such as OneDrive cloud storage, SharePoint, Teams or the full Office application suite — we can upgrade your licences at any time.
