Legacy Microsoft operating systems are no longer supported by Trichromic | IT Support Essex

From the 2nd of January 2017 we have taken the decision to no longer support legacy Microsoft operating systems including Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server.

Legacy Microsoft operating systems are insecure and drivers are unavailable for the current generation of hardware so we can no longer risk supporting these systems unless there is a plan for migrating to modern on-premise systems or to a private cloud hosted by Trichromic.

If Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server are still being used, your business may already have plans for migrating to secure and supportable operating systems including Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise, Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2016.
