Real-time protection, professionally managed
Sapphire PROTECT uses Bitdefender GravityZone, one of the most highly rated security platforms available. It provides real-time protection against viruses, malware, ransomware and other threats, blocking them before they can cause damage.
In addition to real-time scanning, we run scheduled scans — typically weekly — to catch anything that might have slipped through. If something is detected, we’re alerted immediately and can investigate and respond before it spreads.
We handle the alerts, not you
You won’t be bothered with technical notifications or confusing reports. Our team monitors the alerts and takes action. If there’s something you need to know about, we’ll contact you directly. Otherwise, it’s handled quietly in the background.
Included with managed services, or available separately
Sapphire PROTECT is included as standard with all our Trichromic Sapphire MANAGED packages. If you have devices that aren’t part of a managed agreement, PROTECT can be added as a standalone service for a fixed monthly fee per device.
Additional security policies
We can configure additional policies to suit your security requirements. For example, some clients ask us to block USB storage devices to prevent data being copied onto memory sticks or external drives. If you have specific security policies you need to enforce, let us know.
