Pay-as-you-go break/fix IT support and help desk services
Trichromic Sapphire UNMANAGED is our traditional break/fix IT support agreement, with a straight-forward hourly labour charge for both on-site work and IT help desk assistance.
Trichromic recognises that there are some businesses that don’t need or require a pro-active technical partner for a variety of reasons. Unlike many other managed IT service providers, we are pleased to offer an unmanaged IT service option if you prefer to have a cost-of-ownership that, whilst less predictable, allows you to spend on IT as and when cash flow permits.
This service is ideal for small businesses with few computers as well as larger businesses with permanent IT staff that require occasional extra resources, project assistance and holiday cover.
Also included with Trichromic Sapphire UNMANAGED is computer health monitoring, reporting and remote control software, allowing us to diagnose problems and stability issues quickly and resolve them as soon as possible.
Customers with Trichromic Sapphire UNMANAGED support agreements are able to bolt on optional managed services to suit additional requirements, such as Trichromic Sapphire CloudEXCHANGE hosted Exchange, Trichromic Sapphire CloudAERO hosted private file-sharing or our off-site backup service, Trichromic Topaz CloudBACKUP.
