For those of our clients with a Sapphire MANAGED 24/7 support agreement, please call on the normal 24/7 support number at any time. If you do not have a Sapphire MANAGED support agreement, please email email@example.com and we'll respond on the 2nd of January when normal technical support services resume. Our Sapphire CloudDESKTOP, CloudAERO and CloudEXCHANGE services will be continually operating and monitored during the break and we have no current plans for any periods of scheduled maintenence on our hosting or Topaz CloudBACKUP systems.
